7w4d pregnant spotting I have the almost coffee ground like, not as course, but similar and also it has increased now it's almost stringy. Had my scan and saw the little beans HB already at 5’5. The first time (8 weeks), they sent me for ultrasound to confirm fetus was viable with heartbeat, the second time (12 weeks) they sent me for another ultrasound but couldn’t find the source of bleeding, the third time (20 weeks), they did another ultrasound and found a small placental abruption.
