Everyone said to change your V-sync settings ingame and within the launcher settings, which didn't work. I have to set the game hz to 144 otherwise the game is in a tiny windowed box even when set to fullscreen. Under the resolution settings select a 1080p resolution with 60fps, do not go higher than 60FPS.
